Leadership Mendocino Alumni Association (LMAA) nurtures lifelong relationships among current and future Leadership Mendocino alumni by fostering alumni connections, providing educational experiences, and encouraging civic involvement and collaboration.

 Building Community

• Bring Leadership Mendocino Alumni together on a regular basis at creative locations throughout the county to socialize, network and to learn new things about our community.
• Volunteerism and Philanthropy
  Encourage “give back” through alumni volunteer and financial contributions in support of Leadership Mendocino’s Vision and Mission.
• Recruitment and Retention
  Engage alumni in the recruitment of new class members and the development of scholarships.
