New Digs uses a Housing First model. We believe that a family or individual must first have stable, permanent housing before they can move forward with setting and reaching their goals. No one is rejected from the New Digs program based on credit history, convictions, sobriety, income, or ability to pay.

Building Homes, Building Lives (BHBL) continues aiming to help those who are homeless or formerly homeless gain construction and workforce skills to hopefully become employable. Additionally, BHBL aims to  rehab homes and turn them into safe, affordable housing stock for the community.

Income eligible renters who have experienced a financial hardship due to COVID-19 and have past due rent, or landlords who have experienced a loss in income because of unpaid rent, may be eligible to get financial assistance now through the State of California COVID-19 Rent Relief program, also known as Housing Is Key.
