Funding Support Available for Cache Fire Survivors

As a response to the recent Cache Fire affecting the Lake County community, NCO is offering various support services to individuals and families impacted by the Cache Fire. Click the button below to apply for assistance and select Cache Fire Relief from the "Apply for Programs" list (see an example here). An NCO Disaster Case Manager will call you to discuss the best option to meet your needs.
WHO IS THE FUNDING FOR?
Lake County residents who have experienced a loss or damage to their home/property due to the Cache Fire.
WHAT IS COVERED?
Examples of support services include gift cards, direct financial assistance, and connection to additional resources. Required documentation may include; verification of address (PGE, cable bill, etc.), valid ID, lease agreement, etc. Additional assistance may also be available. NCO Disaster Case Managers are available and can provide assistance.

APOYO FINANCIERO DISPONIBLE PARA PERSONAS QUE HAN EXPERIMENTADO UNA PÉRDIDA O DAÑO A SU CASA/ PROPIEDAD DEBIDO A EL INCENDIO CACHE
Como respuesta a el reciente incendio conocido como Cache Fire que afecta a la comunidad del condado de Lake, NCO está ofreciendo servicios de apoyo economico a individuos y familas que han experimentado una pérdida o daño a su casa/ propiedad debido a el incendio Cache. Haga clic en el botón de abajo para solicitar y seleccione "AYUDA PARA INCENDIO CACHE" en la solicitud, (haga clic aquí para ver un ejemplo). **Puede elegir su idioma prefererido en la esquina derecha superior . Un administrador de casos de NCO lo llamará para averiguar la mejor opción para ayudarlo con sus necesidades.
¿QUIÉNES PUEDEN SOLICITAR ESTA AYUDA?
Los residentes del condado de Lake que han sido evacuados o han experimentado una pérdida o daño a su casa/ propiedad debido a el incendio Cache.
¿QUÉ SERVICIOS/COSTOS CUBRE ESTA AYUDA?
Ejemplos de ayuda incluye tarjetas de visa (gift cards), ayuda economica y conexión a recursos adicionales. Los documentos que requerimos pueden incluir, verificación de domicilio (PGE, factura de cable, etc.), identificación válida, contrato de renta, etc. También puede haber asistencia adicional disponible. Los administradores de casos de NCO están disponibles y pueden proveer asistencia.
